According to scientists, the "feel-good" drug oxytocin could be the cure for relationship shyness.
This drug is the natural hormone released in the brain during sex could also be linked to helping treat autism, depression and anxiety.
To some, this is seen as a "friendly date rape drug," while others believe that it may be a great source for treatment for people with mental or emotional disabilities.
Oxytocin is said to create an emotional bond between the user and the people or person that the user is around. Because of this, some mothers have taken it in order to create a bond between them and their child.
Have you heard of oxytocin or the "cuddle pill"? How would you feel if your partner took this pill, or if a friend took it to treat an emotional issue?

I never quite figured out why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much.

FOR EXAMPLE :

One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed.

Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says, “I don’t feel like it, I just want you to hold me.”

I said, “WHAT??!! What was that?!”

So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear…

“You’re just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man.”

She responded to my puzzled look by saying, “Can’t you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?”

Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep.

The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store.

I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits.

She couldn’t decide which one to take, so I told her we’d just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said, “Lets get a pair for each outfit.”

We went on to the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you… she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn’t even know how to play tennis.lol

I think I threw her for a loop when I said, “That’s fine, honey.” She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation, she finally said, “I think this is all dear, let’s go to the cashier.”

I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, “No honey, I don’t feel like it.”

Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled, “WHAT?”

I then said, “Honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You’re just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman.”

And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, “Why can’t you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?”

Apparently I’m not having sex tonight either….but at least she knows I’m smarter than her.

come on...girl is very easy to be satisfied nia..although its juz a simple toast wv butter, and a poached egg..but it make our day^^

My brain is already so tense getting to know that PO exam is really just around the corner..

Regarding the paper today, I guess we're all just so so of that, nothing much to comment, I remember the case study is a little bit weird and that's all. hahah

Tomorrow need to study after coming back from church, so i better sleep earlier.. Just feel like to write something here.. Sometimes busy life did mess us up, we forgot what we 'supposed' to do, what we 'planned' to do and what we 'thought we ought' to do at the first place..

Have u become one of it? Changing ur life style or decisions simply because u dont have enough time and too mucha things bothering u ? time to take a break bro ^^

oh... Wanna share.. I watched 17again, it was a great movie, funny yet touching, and I love it. <3<3

3rd Sept

Been long time I didn't post things here. hahaha...

Nothing much special today, we went to study at the library, It's been few days I follow this routine, wake up 10.30am, bath, take lunch, study, back home relax, sleep, and then wake up the next day, bath... **repeat**
=.= LOL... Can u see how we suffer from the exam here, the ONE subject (PO) that makes us to feel so tense and stressful, we do LIVE LIKE A MONK for the sake of that subject T__T

Planned to go for a heart-talk with my ladies at some cafe over here, but it ended up my fren's partner is absent and they couldn't find a replacement singer, then they just cancelled it -,-
Haha.. Here it comes the exciting part when I just recommended myself to go and replace that singer! Partner with Kelv?? Haha that'll be great... But no more heart-talk with my ladies =(

hopefully, i can afford any n every changes in my life..

changes grow me up, yet, could juz destroy me..

atleast, i never hate any changes occured since i stepped on the land of KL

Is KL life so busy that we forgot about this blog? hahaha....

Almost there=p Almost forgot.. I don't know what about the other 3, but i really do. Last time I used to check blog everyday, and I was like regular customer to facebook rather than blogspot =.=

Enn, last week was freakin'ly busy with assignments and presentations. Cause when there are presentationSS, there it comes the paperwork and slides and practices. This is why i called it DAMN busy week. haha

Now everything is over. I slept for 6+ over today after came home from college. Feel my syok-ness!!! hahaha

Next week we have another website to submit.. Pray that God gives me strength and wisdom to accomplish that mission 'almost' impossible. haha...

There was a mini concert held by the college student this evening, and I thought that was totally awesome! EASON CHAN came to our college for his new H3M album!!

来了好多天，都没怎样写到部落格。原因有两个：一个是因为太多东西想写了，要写要花上好长时间来写，所以就变了懒惰鸟咯～另外一个是因为喉。。照片也是太多了，不懂从哪里写起 =。=

学院大得让人烦恼，信不信我们来了三个礼拜，还可以在学校迷路，哈哈！

ok说回正经话，今天的主题，所谓帅，同学朋友们，在你们眼中，帅的定义是怎样呢？长得好看？或者很man？高大威猛？？来了这里，还发现艳遇真的不少，每天都有帅哥养养眼，一个“不小心”又多一个帅哥和你擦身而过！爽到～呵呵！

但是，今天让我看到一个见义勇为的男生，他长得到底怎么样到没看清楚，但是他的行为简直帅到～～帅毙了！！

话说今天我们三大美女从食堂走回课室时，听到在沟渠旁有狗狗哭的声音。望一望被我们看到一个原来是一个很可爱的小狗在叫！掉进小沟渠了，虽然沟很浅，但它酱小那里会爬上来哦！！看到酱的情况我们可以说是爱心突然间泛滥～太可怜了啦！T___T 因为当时其实狗妈在小狗旁边而已，但是因为小狗的哭声引来了围观者，狗妈怕人，救不到自己的孩子。。=(

发生酱的情况，我真的不明白，为什么还会有人在旁边说：“哇你看那个狗很可爱咯！”

鸟到我！=。=这个时候当然救人（狗）要紧啦！doi.. 更令我喷血的，还有男生在旁边看。真的是眼看手不动的看！！哇塞！如果我们不是都穿裙子我看动作怎样都比那班所谓的‘男人’还快嘞！

就在那千钧一发，有一个我没看到他样子的帅哥出现！跨过栏杆去把狗狗抱出来！看到吗！帅到～默默的付出，他真的是悄悄的我走了，就如我悄悄的来，我挥一挥衣服，不带走一只小狗，哈哈。我很废。。

楼上的人有鼓掌给他，真的太像作戏了，哈哈。。然后就在这时候，帅哥不见去鸟。。唉～

给男人们的忠告，世界上女人也很多种，有人外貌协会，有人并非如此。但我敢肯定的是，在帅的，人品不好还是没人要的咯。。-。- 记得下次看到跌沟渠的猫猫狗狗要救起来，就很容易把到像我们这种爱心泛滥的女人了！！姐妹们对没有？=p

ps:今天那个狗妈就是长得好像kaye kaye的狗咯。。多了一份亲切感，哈哈！

Cuaca yang begitu panas.

Finally the result released yesterday!

And it's my honour to announce that the Happy Fall Frens can graduate proudly from our Diploma in Business Studies (E-Commerce & Marketing)!! Haha what a long name. It's so with most of our classmates, coursemates and frens. Haven't hear any bad news so far. Even juniors can succesfully proceed to their Year 2 studies! Wohohohoh Im so HAPPY!

Feel me feel my excitement towards KL life, I know most of my frens feel hard to leave Penang, even I myself feel the harsh of leaving my family, nephew and niece...frens.. Yet I'm always looking forward for new life and environment, yeah~

Btw I'm having flu, haven't gone for any check up yet. I hope it's not as what Yaya said. I don't wish to get the H1N1 shit, wakaka... Take care frens! Wash ur hands and drink more :)

I went for a ride with sis and my niece yesterday. U know places that ulu-ulu one sure have a lot of stray dogs and cats.

So this is how we met him/her at the road. Half way 'dou feng' we met a gang of puppies (i guess it's 7 doggie) at the road side. And im glad that people that need to drive thru them didn't honk at thm, they're innocent! Maybe they dont even know what is those stuffs with 4 round round thing as well. ahhaha

Phone wasn't with me that time, so i couldn't actually snap a photo of all the puppies... They are CUTE!!!!!~ <3

Ma sis and i being pet lover started to feel 'itchy' to have pets again. HAhahaa so we went home and ask for parent's opinion. And i guess they need a dog too lar in fact.

I hope i wasn't being cruel to seperate the lovely puppy with his/her siblings.. But we just afford to take care only one of them... T___T yuan liang wo other gou gou~~

Ok he/she needs to go for vet. There's a lot of tickles on his/her body... Siu Siu harr.... (=^^=)

Awwwww, time flies~ Is MAY now!

I was working at Gurney Plaza the other day. It was about promoting the "mini-Ferrari" from Shell Petrol, besides targeting at the V3 (velocita 3) collectors/freaks, we also target on the children.

And to my surprise, children nowadays are so smart. Unlike the other day, when I was still a child, I guess I was extremely innocent and brainless I would say. Playing with those little toys and dolls, compared to the children now, they are dealing with PSP and even cellphones. Cool!

I don't really know whether it's good for their health. But that's the trend..

Alright, that wasn't what i wanted to share. As I said just now, we're targeting on both adult and children, and for me, children's roll were just to be the one who 'bring in' the 'opportunity' for me to 'approach' the customers. Yet, I was very wrong.

I thought they wouldn't understand what's the promotion for, but in fact. They do.

Met couples of boys that asked me some shocking question, they are even smarter than the adults!!

1. What I'll have to do to buy the mini cars?
2. What the petrol card can do to me? / What's the usage of the card?
3. How much is the amount of money consist inside the card? How to use that? With password?
4. Alright... So do the petrol card has a due date?

Can you see that?? New generation!! Fulamakk.. Cause I had came across customers that lost the PIN code which is written inside the envelope. They took the card and throw the papers away.. Pity... LOL! And there was one, the customer told me he forgot to use the petrol card, he bought it at the roadshow last year for V2 =.=... I totally speechless!

I even found out that children understand what I am talking about much more faster compared to the adults/parents! Is this what we called it ---> communication gap?? Haha!

One more incident, that made me felt guilty of that, and that's really what i wanted to talk about, is about a cute lil chubby boy.

It was like:

Kaka: Hi boy, what are u looking for?
Boy: Ya, I wanted to ask u how am i going to play that game?

(****we have a stimulator at the roadshow, like a F1 car stuff***)

Kaka: Oh, u have to buy 2 packs of the Power Pack in order to play that.
Boy: Arghh... So u mean i need to buy the cars? How much?

(****so I have a friend that already started to expalining to the boy..
Guessing that he might not understand with the pricing stuff, I said****)

Kaka: Boy, why not u ask your daddy to come over and I'll expalin to him everything that u wanted to know.

And what's up next????? I suppose neither one of us would want this to be the answer.

Boy: My daddy divorced already lor~

(****then keep on asking questions to my fren which is expalining to him just now****)

Seriously, for a few seconds me and the fren was stunned. And when the time I realize, the ONLY word that came out from my mouth is only a SORRY.

Well, the boy is tough, wondering his age?
Ha! Fren i tell you.. He is just around the age of 10.. I guess is 8.
And he didnt even seem like care with my question and my apology.

Sigh... Frankly speaking, I consider myself born in a happy family. Thanks God. And I dont really feel the hardness and agony a child (with only a papa/mama) have to go through. What I know, is it's tough, how tough? I don't know.

Pray for them, all of the people who lost their mom/dad, or those who grown up lacking of their parent's love. May God shower u with His blessings.

Just a little sharing, and it's time to bed again.. Take it as a bed time story! lolz.. g9 dudes! =]

太平一日游～～

上上个星期六（280309）我们去了太平清明祖坟。。加加买买。。全家总动员。。共有33人。。wohoo~~~而且还有一些家人没来哦。。三姑，四姑没到。。还有 johor 的二伯因为旧病复发进医院检查不能到。。不过总的来说，还挺热闹的。。下面有一些照片跟大家分享。。因为是坟场的照片。。希望大家别在意哦～～呵呵。。

天刚破晓。。早晨7.30~

太阳公公睡醒咯。。haiz。。等下一定晒得很黑。。sob..
由于到达太平山庄大门时，美女我正跟周公约会，他不肯放人，我能怎样。。？？haiz。。拍不到正门。。遗憾～～:
这张照片，左边是大伯公庙，右边高一点的屋顶的是食堂～可以先吃早餐，再清明哦～～

山庄的服务很好，他们会准备很多阳伞，要用？？随便拿～～hoho。。
这是我们在第一个祖坟的照片。。是我爷爷的～～

这个是我发现，很妙的东西。。看。。那些纸扎品有多想真品。。我第一眼没注意时，还以为是真的le..那罐 teapot brand 的炼奶。。好像哦。。^^

在同一个山庄我们总共拜了四个祖坟,爷爷，婆婆，曾祖母还有六叔。。拜六叔时，六婶和二婆婆（我爷爷有两房妻子）哭得好惨。。因为我叔叔是车祸去世的。。太突然，大家都没有心理准备。。虽然事情已经过了4～5 年。。但还是放不下。。毕竟他走时才30～岁。。
其他的因为我越来越热，所以没拍照了。。来来去去都是一样的嘛反正～～

离开坟场时大约11点多。。我们就到太平蛮出名的“百龄茶餐厅“ 吃午餐。。那里的沙煲海鲜粥很出名。。还有板面也超棒。。可怜的卡卡。。没得吃最爱的板面。。kiek kiek～～
吃饱后，大家散band啦。。老爸带我们驾车环绕太平湖。。想说给我弟拍照。。结果～～～我们变成踏天鹅小船环湖。。呵呵～～

这是太平很出名的伞树。。百年历史哦。。要好好保护，所剩无几了～～还真的很漂亮。

有些都已经长到浸在湖水里了。。

接下来的照片是湖上的风景和我们一家的“倩影”。。。呵呵～～

蛮喜欢这张。。有点像日本的感觉～～
这座山是太平有名的　“咖啡山” (Maxwell Hill)。。

听老爸说，好像要建上山的cable car。。hng。。政府说的话，听爽就好ho~~

太平山位于宾登山脉南麓，原称为拿律山，山峰最高海拔1034公尺。为马来西亚第一处高原度假胜地，曾经是英国人种植咖啡和茶叶的园地，故也被当地华人称为 “咖啡山”。现山上依然保留有度假屋，可供旅游者过宿。由于上山路陡峭，不适合普通的汽车通行，游客上山必须乘坐管理当局提供的登山吉普车，山脚下有停车场可供车辆停放。喜爱徒步登山者，可以选择沿登山公路登山，也可以选用丛林小径登山。茶园是太平山的山间台地，这里设有小商店、公园及管理中心等公共设施，从茶园这里，可鸟瞰山下的太平市，也可以瞭望远处的马六甲海峡。

Doing assignment now and I went to check ma email inbox just now.. The KL agent told us that he already sent us the video (about the apertment one) but I dont think ma and Yaya already get that, been checking few times and really dont have ma... =.=

And, again, CRAPP! I found somebody sent me a message says HI with me. U know I don't like people that i don't know saying HIss to me.. It's not their fault, but I simply dont like it, it's a taboo, NO WHY.

And what's so unbelievable is he found me from the mysggirls page, Godamit I am innocent, somebody took my photos from friendster and uploaded it there N years ago, and what makes me getting weary of the virtual world is, that stupid fella posted my hotmail msn there (guess he/she took it from my fs, siao one last time i put my email there @_@, ma bad).. So frens, u know why don't like to log in the hotmail msn =.=

Arghh.. I am no longer indulging with the virtual world, I can no longer sitting in front of the lap top for 10+ hours to chat, I am no longer excited over making new frens from the internet, and my enthusiasm towards the social network like msn skype friendster and so on began to ebb~ Just prefer to use it to touch up with my prev schoolmates and some that i already know..

Busy!!

This suppose to be a random post, not used to with the loneliness of the hepi4 blog =p

Oh man guess the happy fall is just too busy these days, the coursework, assignments and the kl stuff is driving us crazy.

I dont knw why it's the same 24 hours and I feel like days are passing by faster and faster.

Since last saturday, i went KL with Yaya, and then back here, monday night i go to Joanne's wedding, ceremony and so forth, and dinner last night, i am back now. And the room is so messy with my stuff. The clean and dirty clothes, the bags, dresses. =.=....... Faint.

Adjusted my sleeping time to 1 am, compared to last time the 3am, it's 2 hours less. My daily devotion takes me around 30mins, and the time to prepare dinner is at least one hour. CRAPPPP!!!!! I live as I'm a housewife now =.=

One more mind map, one more individual assignment and one more group presentation coming up next, all need to be done by next monday. IM BUSY! I have to work on this weekend, and even next weekend. It's my BDAY next saturday!!! >.<

Yet life is good like this.. At least it is meaningful. hahahha.... Can get $$ and at the same time learn more. I dont wish to burden my parents much =]

1）很漂亮的虫虫

那天晚上在家里发现这只小东西，家人看到它的颜色都觉得很漂亮，所以就拍下来，给大家看，尤其是爱虫之人-卡卡！！（而且它刚好是红色～～乐！！）这张照片是我老弟拍的，它刚好停在他想看的报纸上，要不然它可是很难拍的，因为不止飞得快，也爬得很快哦～～

2）好久没见的完整彩虹

上个星期六傍晚时分，在一片澄黄的晚霞之下，出现了一道很完整的彩虹。。其实旁边还有一小段的第二个彩虹，不过很小部分，所以所有人都只把目光放在这一道上。。很多槟城的人都有看到，第二天在教会还有造成小小的话题哦。。谢谢我老爸老妈，如果不是他们在回家路途中看到然后打回家给我们的话，我们就错过了。。这道彩虹可以说是很不寻常，因为他非常完整，而且并不像平常的那么昙花一现，它挂在天空满久哦。。真的真的很漂亮。。让我想起一首赞美之泉的诗歌～～

这个忘了是什么时候拍的，好像是正月十五。。总之是今年内的某个十五。。报纸报道，天文台说那晚的月亮会是不知道几百年才会有一次，完全没有障碍物的月亮。。没有唬人，还真的很亮很明哦～～～

4）老妈生日 02-02-2009

这是老妈生日。。她说，今年是我老爸第一次买生日蛋糕给她。。天啊，好恐怖。。近二十多年来第一次。。老爸，你很不浪漫哦～～～老妈48岁咯--老爸也是。。不过生日还没到～～p/s ：她是不是比我还瘦？？吓人了吧。。

4)乾妈生日

这是我乾妈生日，教会的朋友们买了58粒的寿桃。。排在蛋糕旁，象征她58岁生日。。有心思吧。。第二张是乾妈抱着小佳韻。。一起吹蜡烛和切蛋糕。。温馨的一个画面～～～

Wow this is my third post for the day, gosh.. I’m so full now..

今天的晚餐很丰富，四菜一汤：

有洋葱炒蛋，炒长豆菜，ABC汤，黑绞肉，还有炸鸡。

牛奶炒的，材料有洋葱，还有蛋！！！！哈哈我很废一下。

这个我煮的，长豆炒虾米绞肉，又美又好吃，就像我一样～～

这个汤，没有卖相，不过很有内涵，也很像那个煮的人，哈哈哈哈哈哈～！！！！！！！！（娃娃煮的）
娃娃坚持要我写“汤很好喝，好到人家问有没有放味精。。” （滴汗）

嘿！绞肉！也是牛奶煮的，不错吃一下wor，很想try一下他老妈子煮的，听说
吃了还会感动到哭嘞！！

since kaka insisted us to talk bout this topic, i decided to write something here, hahaha~

well, i always think that i'm a lucky one.
I have great family and i have tons of wonderful friends which are very supportive, we used to share our happiness and sadness together, glad that i have them, they're rocks!! i live my life soooo dam happily!!

recently, there are many unlucky things around (and i forgot some of them already XD), i started to think that i can be quite unlucky sometimes, but who cares~? the more unhappy we're, the more unlucky we'll be..so, be happy, to be lucky! life goes on! hahaha

so overall, i think i am quite lucky.. =)

So this is basically what me and Yaya did today, went to 'curi tengok' at POPULAR, found some great recipies but it's too little that we actually 'qualified' to cook. The book is RM18 btw, not so exp but not worth for 'junior chef' like us to buy as well =p hahaha

What we did is... Take out ma cell, SNAP down the ingredients! Isnt it so brilliant? WE tot so, heheheh.... In between, we were so scared to be caught by the POPULAR personnel. So mempersiasuikan looo if kena caught, we just wanted to learn how to cook ma~~~

Firstly~ we have ''Japanese Pumpkin Kuih" hehe so rojak the name =p
Secondly~ "Sushi with Roti Bakar"
Thirdly~ i forgot wht is that. Just do it! hhee (smmr got reflection -.- some words missing. haha)

Forth~ "Prawm Dumpling??" haha i dont knw.. but those tat i snap wa guarantee lu semua ho chiak!
Lastly~ "Crysenthemum Cold" (it gets flu)

Wow~~its been a long time din c wawa here!! yes i m kinda lazy...(^o^)
As wat i had told kaka n sasa during lunch tis afternoon,i gonna post up some picture of delicious food cooked by my daddy last sunday...i was wondering izzit he was preparing a 'farewell' for me..??cz i saw some dishes which seldom appear on our dinning table..anyway..its GREAT!

Maybe they dint looks nice..bt it absolutely taste good!!

this is the Crab...ermmm...are they call 'crab' in english..?..as in hokkien it is 'qi'..the sauce was mixture of eggs, chooped chili, onion, garlic, tomato sauce....the rest i forgotten..ha!!

anyway,it really taste good...yum yum~~~

well tis is Assam Prawn...simple way of preparing it..bt its simple n nice...prawn is always my favaorite..^^i love them as they are my oxygen..keke~~

tis is my daddy de 拿手 Tao Yiu Bak...my cousin almost finish a big bowl of them ALONE!!.....dnt c it black black like tat...when they go into ur mouth...wow...!!perhaps my tummy never grow up...i mean..the direction of horizontal..haha!!

My family fell in love to fruit salad prepared by my cousin sister-in-law...she owez prepared for us during family dinner or frens gathering..the salad was gone in juz a moment after it served everytime..den v complaint:"they are too little sis..soon it gone..y dnt u prepare more..?"....den she answer:" i cut the fruit til half die' u noe ar......".....owww i m so sorry...pity her..perhaps she wnt feel tired to prepare in future..haha^^

My mum ask her for the steps n material of the fruit salad..den v can do it ourself...thanks alot sis Rebecca!!^^

懂我的人都知道我夜深了，也会变得特别感性。假期间，听了很多关于冯姐（传道人）所带来的分享。

其中让我印象最深刻的，就是她在分享关于‘饶恕’这个话题的。

先谈谈饶恕，是什么。

1.饶恕，是无条件的
怎么说无条件？最简单的，就好比人们常说的：“只要他肯道歉，我就原谅他，我就饶恕他。”
这是错的，饶恕，不需要“如果、假如”。

2. 饶恕，是不期待那人（做错的人）的补偿
很简单，所谓的不需要补偿就是打从心里的释怀，不再期待那些犯错的人给你任何补偿。就算是一点，一部分，也都不奢望。

3. 饶恕，是懂得无论你在怎么惩罚，也拟补不了那人（做错的人）的过错
这是让我最最难忘的其中一个分享，这个传道人的好朋友，是位男的（简称A先生）。几年前，A和家人出外游玩时不幸发生了一场车祸。迎面而来的醉酒司机和他的车撞个正着。
一场这样的车祸，让A当场失去自己的妻子，和两个年幼的儿女。他自己也因此废了双腿，视力也因为车祸受到很大的影响。
试想想，就算醉酒的司机愿意赔上自己的命来拟补自己的过错，但A心灵以及肉体上所受的一切伤害和挫折，就能一笔勾销了吗？他的妻儿就可以复活了吗？
不。

人，如果没有选择饶恕别人，就等于将自己的心灵上锁。如果至今，A还是没办法原谅当年那司机的过错，他所必须承受的，就不只是失去妻儿和双腿的痛。它还甚至必须压抑自己心中对那个司机的愤怒，以及痛恨。当人们在愤怒到达了沸腾后，往往会做出一些反常，甚至让自己后悔一生的行动。

看了这些，我希望你们心中已有些决定，知道自己生活中所需要饶恕的，有谁，要怎么饶恕，还有，你是否已经真的懂得饶恕其他人。

谈得深点，我们再看看，饶恕，不是什么。

1. 饶恕，不是忘记
忘记，就是逃避。不要说：“哎呀事情都过了那么久了，你就忘了吧，当没发生过就好啦！”

2. 饶恕，不是赞同
学会从别人的角度来分析，虽然是对的，但你也只是对了一半。不要说：“原来他这样做，都只是为了他（好的）出发点。”
如果选择饶恕一个人，就算他的出发点是错的，你，也一样会饶恕。

3. 饶恕，不是感觉，而是意志的决定
假如，你觉得你已经饶恕那人了，你还是没有真正的饶恕一个人。在这个分享中，冯姐所谓的饶恕，是很坚决的，是一个意志的决定。你决定要饶恕，你就必须饶恕。不管那人往后对你说什么，做什么，你还是完完全全的饶恕。别忘了，饶恕是无条件的，是不需补偿的，是不必惩罚的。

当作了决定，就必须行动。当你决定了你要饶恕， show it！即使是一封短讯，一张小卡，告诉那人，你对他的看法，告诉他，你饶恕了他，也要求他，饶恕你之前对他的看法与愤怒。虽然说来容易做来难，但是那份在双方都（被）饶恕了之后，那份对彼此的祝福，那份心中说不出来的释怀，是你可以深深体会到的。

看了这个小小的分享，我希望大家都真的有些头绪，如何选择下一步。在听到这个分享前，我心里确确实实的有一个我无法原谅的人。我会觉得，哇他怎么那么过分，从当年的好朋友，演变到斤斤计较，值得么？但是，当我做了决定，做了主动，主动联络他，打招呼，祝福他，我真的发现，我心里已经的着了释怀。

饶恕别人，释放自己。
试一试，你就懂它的厉害，哈哈！

和另一个好朋友聊到的，他告诉我最近读了一本书，叫做『都是我的错』。
很简单的书名，一眼看，就知道内容了。但，它却那么的真实。

有多少人，可以在发生事情时，第一个反应就是反省自己，而不是推卸责任？
就算不是自己的错，一样把它说成是自己的错，我们，都能做到吗？！

我还在学习的阶段，难免还是会为自己打抱不平，呵呵！一起加油吧，我觉得学会饶恕，包容和礼让，真的可以活得很美好哦!^^

Oh man holiday ends~!!

When im studying i miss my sweet homie.. But when im at there i wish to get back to Penang a.s.a.p! Call me jerk.. I dont care =p

Ok so yesterday my bro went for hiking, and i got some great photos to share with, u know, somehow i love BUGsss... Haha. Aight just take a look at it, i tot they are awesome creatures as well!!

1. Ok get y'll the first one, it seems like an ordinary 'ma lu' （马陆）at the first glance. But when u observe it more.. U'll notice the some sort 'wing/scale' surrounding the body isnt in yellow dots, it looks flat and it is more to brownish, cool leh =p Anyway this is stil a LITTLE creature.

2. Just realised my bro is not so bad in photographing.. Using Nokia N73 can snap this kinda photo with focus, hahah.... cause i always tot nokia isnt tat good with their camera, hoho.. Make sure u take a deep breathe before looking at the next one! Dont even blink ur eyes too!

3 n 4. Seeeee? This aint no ordinaruy bugs man! It's sooooo damn FAT!! Look at the fingers! It's width is the same with a man's finger!! oh.. HUGE. =.= And.. It's in fact soo LONG as wellll.... heheheh... I nvr see 'ma lu' with this length before oo...

5. Lastly... This ant is almost the ordinary size which those that categorised into the 'big ants' group. Anyway, it is the color that attracted me. I love the contrast of red and black.. ahhaaXD

There are stil a lot of creatures (and bugss) that we dont know in this world. It is so amazed tat how He create all this, that's just... Awesome! =)
Trust me, i love bugs cause i got the inheritance from BIO students... Dont see me as a BUSINESS kaki. haha..

ps: i guess those creatures are stil categorised in BUGs, haha =p im nt sure niway

Back to life here. I miss this two 'small melon' （小瓜）much too.. They're cute.. haha...

Anyway this small princess wil nvr like me to approach her, Not even a touch or a word.. =.=

二月八日晴

在还没开始前，很想知道，pulau aman 中文名称是什么？
平安岛？和平岛？或许我干脆把它称为 “阿曼岛”，呵呵！

演出的当天，饼干约我们隔天出海游船河，钟爱大自然和海的我，当然爽到飞起！哈哈！

虽然又在迟到了‘一点点’ 但是aunty uncle们都很给脸我，等到我们都到了才开船 ^^

Yuhu~! 因为事前没说好要去哪里，所以其实我预料的只是开船兜兜风，可能再找找船路什么的，
所以谁知道传刚开了十分钟就倒回码头了=。= 我心想：还真是‘随便的出海内’

哦……其实……船没油啦，回去拿油J，我好像太心急了，哈哈！
正式开船了！好爽哦！第一天的假期就从天上掉下来的trip（因为不用$$的），真的太爽了！！

大自然真的太可爱了！刚考完试，看看草，听听鸟叫，真的让我紧张的心情都松下来了 =D
去的途中，我发现了岸旁有个白色的‘大鸟’，看清楚点，那……还真象是只鹤耶！！

对对对！那个‘鹤立鸡群’的鹤！！天哪。。我太大的反应引起其他人的注意，大家都很兴奋可以看到这个大鸟。

此时这句话就这样脱口而出，我说：“咦？？鹤不是动物园才可以看到的乜？”
哈哈，回想起来，我还真不像个在乡下长大的嘞！=。=

船开开开，就到了‘港口’的码头，在那边载多了一个很in的uncle，因为他戴的帽子，是那种很hip hop的年轻人戴的。可能是他儿子借他的说不定 =p

船再开开开……哦再一个‘天哪！！！！’ 我看到槟城大桥！！昨天考完试才因为大宝森节塞车塞到半条命才赶回去表演，今天又让我看到伟大的它～～ **发抖**

不过也还是是很兴奋，因为我坐船来的，还是第一次。 （哦第一次我～～）

结果多不久，船靠岸了。到了不知道哪里，下船后又在让我掉眼镜的是，我竟然看到一个很像海星也很像八爪鱼的。。的。。。海类动物。忘了照相，所以你们没的看。哈哈

原来～～我们来到了阿曼岛^^

到达目的地，当然是填饱肚子最重要啦！！

我们去吃了当地很出名的mee udang, 加上一个很好喝 + 吃的椰子，爽到～～

很好人的‘蛋姐’也不忘带来驰名的‘爱心蛋姐茶叶蛋’给我们……^^

在离开前，不忘照下了这个餐厅的样子。

从餐厅可以看到刚才停船的地方。那个小屋那边。。

在开船前，哇我太幸运了，有人在岸旁挖lala，我很鸡婆过去看看，结果发现，哈哈真的很好玩哦！

玩到这里，看到人跑光了=。=才快点赶回去，随意的照多一张。

回去时，都已经是傍晚了，好漂亮的海=]

可能因为天气凉了，刚才的鹤，现在多了好多哦！时不时不只可以看到三五成群的鹤，还可以看到它们一起飞！！鹤这个大鸟真的太漂亮了！

就这样就过了一天。回到码头，还看到了这个banner：

其实高渊在两三年前就被归入槟城的旅游景点之一。在这里可以看浪漫的萤火虫，抓八爪鱼（八度空间有介绍过）还有很多我没去过的地方，也有历史古迹！上面那边头联络号码^^

好了，很长了，打中文太慢了，我用了好长时间写下这个，哈哈！

今年因为很多‘老蒋’都不在，所以当天很多都是小孩子的演出.

今年的舞台布置也是有点仓促，只是摆个banner和多点点缀^^
开幕仪式，很多‘大粒人’一起点红袍，我是觉得还蛮壮观的吧=]

节目进展没什么收获，最开心的都在闭幕后，大家抢镜头的时间到咯！！！！！

和老到不能再老的老友合照。。哈哈。。（人家也要红包～）

还有一班脸皮不错厚的帅哥美女们~~

在这次的演出后可能我要停好一段时间才能回来一起搞节目了，所以能跟他们在一起的时候我都会很珍惜=]

“飞跃”这个大家庭在我十三岁那年就误打误撞的加入了这个团体（现在的我两张了=。=），然后很幸运的就被派去参加新人奖和北工站的创作比赛。

学会很多，也认识很多关于音乐的东西。。间中也常常会有很多演出，还有生活营什么的，当然会有很多的开心，也夹杂了许多挣扎或者意见不合。

但到最后，我们还是很团结啊！今年又再次荣誉获得“全槟城最活跃的校友会”奖项，想想我们多热情多可爱吧，呵呵。。XD

很希望飞跃的朋友们，不要放弃多年来的心血，继续把它搞好，发扬光大！！

Wawa is right! Seems like all of us are enjoying much in CNY. But SASA is not.

First thing, that is, I feel separate with happy fall. Because everyone of us already back our own hometown, and it is really a distance between us. Second, SASA is sick AGAIN!!!! Omg! I can't believe I caught flu and sore throat on this CNY. You know what, many of fooodsssssss I can't enjoy. Feel so bad!! Third, till today I got no mood to do revision on my subjects since the next week is my Final Exam. I feel so "proud" of myself, because I didn't feel like wanna read and study. How great I am to face the final. -tak rasa-

I miss happy fall so so much. Can't wait to visit them. HAHA Anyway, hope you guys enjoy your CNY, don't like SASA, me. =)

wawa yesterday went back daddy's hometown...overnite dere too...kinda fun n relaxing oo..^^
tis morning wake ip at early morning 6.30 to join my dad,aunty x2, n my grandma go for a morning walk...
i tell u wat...jogging in the early morning plus jog around kampung road is fun...the air is soooo fresh which v will never had tat in penang...when the time v alk out,the sky is still dark...the star in so shine n there's alot!!again..definetely v wnt had it in penang...too many buildings n light make the star hide behind those un-nature stuff...
at tat moment..i can really realize how great is god creation...is wonderful juz human never realize they r such a precious thg...praise the lord!!^^

v jog aroound those new hse which the road is tar road...the old hse part along the sea is not suitable to jog..as the road is all cover by clam shell...
when v on da way walk bck..v met my dadd who playing tai-chi in my aunt's hse compound..as my aunty's family is stil sleeping..v 'stole' her vege which she plant her self...wakaka...as the hse there seldom lock their gate.. v 进出自如...haha...

kampung life is really relax..so looking forward to overnite dere again...i realize y..my dad n aunt owz dream that,dey r goin back to stay after retired..back to the place dey born..the place which full of their memory...the place they went to the sea in the early morning to catch clam,carb..the place where they stole others mango den get caught by the owner..apologize for no next time but stole again in the next day...haha...really fun hur...our childhood??tuition...tv...school....haiz..

if there is a chance..i'll bring u all back there for one trip if u all wan..is not very special place bt atleast is relaxing...temporary release from pressure...^^

Been wasting a year doing nothing at Penang..
I don't know did I actually achieve my goals,
Well probably I forgot what is my goal at the first place.

It's already 09 and I was like,
Wow time passes so fast.
Anyways maybe things do change,
I'd been through a lot.

Played a lot.
Studied less a bit than a lot.

一向以来我都只知道我二哥说冷笑话都笑死人不赔命的，

这两天回家见识了他们的风趣，有其父/母必有其子女，
难怪我也差不到哪里去，哇哈哈哈！

大哥：开玩笑，我放屁放得开心时候可以像‘掌声响起’嘞～！（可以想象吗=。=）

大嫂：现在的歌手都红不久，我想那个神雕侠侣都没怎样红的久！当时我和二哥一头雾水，原来～他要说‘神木与瞳’。。。。（Apalah ni 我不懂她多久没 update自己了）

二哥：基本上让他一炮而红的名言上面讲去了。

二嫂：出了名的馋嘴，而且她全身上下好像很贵的衣服和装饰，都其实没有很贵。说活还很怪咖。。（想一想，其实我性格很像这个嫂嫂，好吃懒做=p）

姐姐：想不起他什么时候幽默过（她一定是捡回来的～。～，哈哈哈哈！！）不过她很疼我啦！呵呵。。

回家这两天，原本要读书，结果跑去做cookies,其实很过意不去，不过有得吃，没关系啦^^
我的妈咪不是开玩笑的厨师……
所以我的身材很容易走样=.=

只记得拍下来这个饼，叫黄梨饼。美嘞呵呵呵～

华灯初上，炎暑消退，一座城市慢慢摆脱长时间日照下那曝光过度的面容，浮现了特有的纹理，沉淀了焦躁的气息。一盏又一盏的灯，先后亮起，仿佛是一个又一个的舞台亮了起来，上演人生百态的剧情，各有各的观众和支持者

天黑了，城市亮了；夜未央，人不睡。不管是隐藏的角落还是光灿灿的闹区，不管是汽车穿行的街道还是平静的住宅花园，总有人醒着，作着某些事情，陪伴着熟悉的不夜城，直到一盏又一盏的灯先后熄灭，一个个舞台相继落幕，太阳升起，城市又处在曝光过度的映射之下，再一次醒过来。。

本期专题：不夜城之～夜间舞台

夜间舞台1: 嘛嘛档

再疲累的城市，也会因为有嘛嘛档的存在而精神起来。它的形象，

永远只有在入夜后才会明显。你睡不着，到嘛嘛档喝一杯拉茶吃一块印度煎饼；你想看一场足球赛，那里聚合了和你一样目的的观众；你想什么都不做只想找个省钱的地方坐坐，没有比嘛嘛档更适合的场所。这里是汇合草根民情的最佳展示台，而且三大民族都是它的拥护者。

夜间舞台2：DISCO

有的场所，是专门收集夜间动力的特定点。比如DISCO。有的热情，需要等到晚上才遇到释放的时机，DISCO正是给你释放热情的地方。年轻人在这里摇晃出汗水和青春，越夜越HIGH，天昏地暗里狂响的音乐，让人以为整座城市都在震动，无心睡眠。

夜间舞台3：陋巷

繁华的背后，灯光不聚集。黑暗中进行的活动，与邪恶、丑陋、危险、不道德等联想扯上关系，凡出入的人物，仿佛都有任务，男的女的，不男不女的，一如穿上角色分明的戏服，让你知道他们是谁，可你却不敢直视他们，因为那不是你的世界，虽然大家同处在一个城市里。

夜间舞台4：水果档

饭后水果有益消化，人人皆知。那半夜买水果，是为了明天的消化吗？路边的夜间水果档，吊着光灿灿的灯吸引路过车子的注意力，提醒人们水果的季节，也让人避免泊车的辛苦。真是懒惰起来，简直可以仿效快餐店的 "DRIVE THROUGH" 服务，直接坐在车里 ORDER 算了，榴莲怎样？

夜间舞台5：卡拉OK

自从人们可以走出冲凉房放声大唱，舞台的定义就变广了。不，应该是变窄了，因为抓着麦克风的‘歌星’实在太多了，也各有特色，各有风格，叫人拍案叫绝的的可以是两极化的对比，娱乐性绝对高！特别是周末的夜晚，一间间隔音设备良好的厢房，传出阵阵的音浪，多少的心情写照，透过歌曲的抒发，把爱情给消耗，把快乐与愁苦给消化，迎接晨曦的时候再重新迎战！

夜间舞台6：酒吧
他们说这是一个放松心情的场所，因为酒精能让人松懈下来，或者舒畅起来。不是说啤酒是‘鬼佬凉茶吗’吗？

必能解掉热气和火气，但那倒酒女郎的火辣打扮，是火上加油的恶作剧吗？

夜间舞台7：飞机场

有人从远方来，有人去远方，在黑夜里聚散。那永不打烊的通火明亮机场，是城市与城市之间的联系站，送来一些人、一些故事，也带走一些感情和遗憾。机场是进入一座城市的大门，哪怕你深夜到来，它还是明亮欢迎你。

夜间舞台8：麦当劳

快餐店已经成为我们最贴心的邻居了，但凌晨4点推出早餐，那是给刚睡醒的人吃的，还是未睡的人吃？让汽车通过的外卖专道，让人一伸手，买卖就做成了，把‘茶来伸手，饭来张口’的贬义换成实效服务。时代的舞台不一样了，方便省力是现代生活的最基本要求，最好连说话都省了，按几个键就要到东西最好。

那天无意中从室友买的报纸里看到这篇专题，所以就想打上来跟大家分享这个所谓‘病态’社会的夜间场所。真的‘病态’吗？？那大家不就都是病人。。？罢了，反正这社会病态与否，早已无从追究。奥巴马的‘CHANGE ’ ，始终换汤不换药。

8个夜间场所里，我最喜欢机场的那篇写说。‘。。送来一些人、一些故事，也带走一些感情和遗憾。’

还记得两年前上驾驶班时，考车中心的左边是海，右边呢，则是槟城国际机场。。（不错吧^^）每次没事情做时，总爱抬头看飞机。。看着飞机从左边天空跨向右边的，再从右边飞往左边。。

飞机从海的另一端，飞向机场，降落。不久后，另一台飞机，载着满满的乘客（虽然我不肯定是否真的是满的:P），向着海面，起飞。。起起落落，不就是人生写照？？

每次看到飞机降落时，心想：“真是有人欢喜有人忧。随着飞机的降落，有人带着雀跃的心情，开始旅程；有人则心里充满惆怅，结束旅程，回到现实。或许也有些人，带着期待的心情，准备从这个驿站，转到另一个目的地去。。”

无论情况如何，云淡风清。。或许最现实，但也最实用。看得开，或许等于冷淡，但也最安全。

其实，白羊是那种死要面子活受罪 (haha....) 的人。面子，比白羊的生命还重要！白羊最不能容忍的就是别人贬低他、瞧不起他！谁要是对白羊吼几嗓子，白羊能吼谁24个小时。比如，上司若是责备白羊不当，则白羊就会气势汹汹的反责备上司，而且责备的更欢。上司责备他一句，他能责备上司10句！！当上司解雇了这个不肖员工以后，白羊不但不伤心，反而还有种壮烈感：'虽然丢了工作，但是丢得值！我当着那末多人的面骂了上司一顿，真是露脸！恩，同事们现在一定还在议论我的英雄事迹……'白羊边重新找工作边想，想着想着，自己便不禁暗笑起来，接着便是昂首阔步，得意洋洋，觉得自己真是了不起、不可一世！　　　　

白羊爱面子，都爱到了成癖的地步。白羊希望别人喜欢他、爱戴他、吹捧他（呕死。。。），最好能对他前呼后拥、关怀备至。白羊男们总是感慨自己为何没能当上总统，白羊女们则从来都认为自己是总统夫人的料儿，只是不小心找错了男朋友！白羊总觉得自己是个天才，只是因为怀才不遇才沦落到今天这种无名小卒的地步。比如，白羊认为自己天生就是个艺术家，只是张艺谋导演没发现他。若是张导发现他，他一定比巩丽要出色的多！由于白羊喜欢那种高高在上的感觉，所以，只要你平素多吹捧着他、赞美着他，则他便会'累死不知死'的对你，你喜欢他怎样他就会怎样。

Happy 2009, my dears!

The new year eve, I skipped Jo's morning class for my laziness. But did attend the noon class. [ --I'm not that lazy though =) ]

A deal was made by YAYA, SASA and KAKA since the last semester. The deal goes like that:

So, to keep my promise, here we go. Yea, after class, me, YAYA and KAKA went to Gurney plaza, as Fish market was our main destination. Before the meal, KAKA and YAYA are worrying my wallet. They feel shy to make my wallet 'pok'! HAHA. That's why, both of them keep asking me about my financial prob. That's the cute thing of my dears. muackss--

Alright, since KAKA and YAYA had taken their brunch, we only ordered a dish of main meals and the 'Prefferable of day'. Okay, this is a set meals which included a soup and a drinks. Soup, sounds nice and yummy huh. But but but. Show you guys the picture we took. Judge yourself, whether it is yummy or???

Although we did not served those luxuries one , but we did enjoy it very much. Need not much of words. Pictures below enough to show that how delicious the meal is.

when we're home again, this lady suggested me to watch horror movie and i found the movie titled 'the shutter' (don't know whether i spelled it correctly bcoz i dare not take out the DVD and check, the cover reminds me about the ghost -.-).

For those who knew us well, they'll know that the way we watch horror movie is unique. hahahaha because we tend to cover our eyes when it reached the scary part..and we'll grab anything beside us to cover our eyes, not full cover, just to minimized our vision for almost the whole movie so that when it reach the scary part, we manage to cover our eyes faster. so we did the same thing when we watch this movie.

In the middle of the movie, this cha boh, the art student from The One Acedemy started to get bored with the same way of the movie and suddenly became so brave to watch the ghost with uncovered eyes..and criticized the graphic and make up of the ghost -.- wtf

At night, we went out for our dinner at Greenlane McD. While waiting for her parents to fetch her after dinner, we took some pictures.

Im just up from ma bed, had dinner (rice, laksa, fries, and chicken) oh well well and im very full right now.

I think this should be the forth time our college is having Blood Donation Campaign.
It last for 3 days each. And i am sooo lucky that. Out of the 12 days, there are only ONE day that the campaign didnt clash with the day where my AUNTY visits me.

YES, i was just soo lucky that i got PERIOD right at the day after the donation. Cool. LOL XD

YaYa, i thought of going tomorrow. And u see i am so lucky today to find out i already LAI YEH now. I didnt mean to ppk u, blame my Aunt, hahaha =]

Simply drop by and have a breath here. Was doing ATB assignment. Kinda hard to do, because till now, I haven't found any articles that really suit with the requirements. I had ran out of mind! As KAKA said, we misunderstood ATB and hated him last time, so, I really want to do well in his assignment as an apology. That's why, I feel so stress now. SaSa just told me few weeks ago, i'm having too much of postings here, so after i posted the last one, i stopped. Been keep on waiting for some new posts from the other 3s... But at the end, it's still ME. Hehe sorry if it really annoys u, but i'm just too talkative and i cant wait to share the things up =p

Firstly, it's about my lecturer, the mr.ATB, currently still rushing for his assignment, i just took a lil space out of it, hehe...
Alright, so i would like to say a HUGE thank you to him, since he never send us 'love letter' and we suspected and hated him so much that we thought that's him who did that to us..

He is handsome, he speaks nice english (the nice i mean is with those accent that i like), and he is clever enough to treat us like a child! Believe it or not, he just gave us chocolates during his class last week!

Perhaps that not a nice one, but we're having pretty much of joy because of the TANGO sir, lol =D

So i might as well show his face up right?=)

Done with that, here comes the second one. I had a little talk with my ex classmate few days ago, and to my surprise, he told me that my english is getting worse, oh come on this is really like: WOW is that real? I'm not trying to say my english is good (not really though) but when someone points it out it really doesn't sounds good, some more that's my fren, he used to think my english is at least better than what i showed him that day i guess =,=
And the best part is coming, just right after the day, I had a talk with Jafar, and he told me the same thing as well.
Goshhh im so worry that am i using the right kind of grammar or english now, sigh~

SASANiE is gaining weight. Not the real weight though. Is the assignments, test, many stuffs make me feels i'm heavy. I hate that! They are weighing my mind. I can't move my steps!

-----Like why do I feel awkward when I go out with you guys? Shouldn't I feel relieve and enjoy the hangout as much as you people do? But there's always a tinge of awkward-ness. And also some mixed-up feelings that I do not really know how to explain. This is really hard for me as I really want to enjoy every of our hangouts! That's probably the reason why I did not attend most the hangouts. I don't want to feel all those awkward feelings I had. I've tried not to care about this. But, you know what, I mind. I just mind how people look at me, especially my friends. LOL.
